Happy New Year!

Well 2008 is over, gone, never to return. Do you wonder how it came and went so quickly? I know I do! My best friend Denise and I have been saying for over 30 years now; “Things will slow down after Christmas.” The problem is, we did not specify which Christmas and things seem to be moving faster than ever! I don’t know about you, but I have truly had enough of the fast-paced lifestyle. It occurred to me the other day when I was looking at Danette’s “City to Farm Chick” web site how much I wanted, and more importantly needed, to just slow down and enjoy life. As I looked at the pictures she had posted of the farm and read about the changes in her life, I actually felt myself begin to relax…what a concept! Maybe it’s time to get back to the basics and look at what is really important, such as health, family, and friends. Who knows, maybe this is the year that we will finally find our “after Christmas” time. After all we only have one life, so why shouldn’t it be Simply Charming Everyday.

It’s a new year and a new beginning for us at Simply Charming Everyday, LLC. We have been gathering ideas, trying out new Bunkie Bag patterns, setting up our LLC, launching our Bunkie Blog, and preparing our Simply Charming Everyday, LLC web site, which will be coming soon. We are so excited to see what 2009 has in store for all of us.

Happy New Year everyone!

Welcome Back it's so nice to see you!

I have so much to tell you about, but first, let's invite our friends to the 2018 Spring/Summer Coffee Lovers Blog Hop!  There are lots of prizes and fabulous cards starting today, Friday, May 25 thru Friday, June1.

These 3 happy Coffee Lovers are from a fabric line designed by our favorite stamp maker Bonnie Krebs of Art Impressions.  I was so tickled when I googled "coffee fabric" and this popped up!  I had just taken a class with Bonnie at our local Stamp Show and became totally smitten with her stamps and techniques.
These Coffee Lovin' Ladies and few more of their friends will be going home to 2 of you this week!  2 Junkie Bunkie Bags featuring this fabulous fabric with a lining of sweets will be prizes given away during the coming week.  Just in case you are wondering what a Junkie Bunkie is, it's a medium size tote bag with a zipper closing.  A wonderful size to take with you to girlfriend lunches or craft retreats!

Happy Holidays!
There is nothing more fun that seeing family and friends during the holidays except...... giving  and receiving gifts!   This year at Simply Charming Bags we are doing the giving and you are the receiver!  As a proud Sponsor of the 2018 Fall/Winter Coffee Lovers Blog Hop, we are giving away 2 sets of Accessory Bags in our 2 most popular coffee prints.
These simply charming bags are an excellent size for craft supplies, cosmetics, gifts or a travel sewing kit, my favorite. They measure 9"x9" for the large and 7"x8" for the small. Fabulous size for small projects while waiting for sport practice to finish up or going to your favorite coffee shop and writing in your journal.

Do you Drink Alone or with a Friend?

Welcome to the 2017 Winter Coffee Lovers  Blog Hop!
This fabulous Pink & Grey Junkie Bunkie is from a collection called the Mad Hatters Tea Party, I love multi media cards and the fabric name of Tidings of Joy made it perfect for our Winter Hop giveaway.

Whether you drink alone or with a friend, t'is the perfect time of year for a cup of tea.

I've always loved the thought of the quiet moments with a lovely cup of tea, whether it's with a great magazine or working on my Christmas shopping list with the fireplace flickering in the background and my favorite Christmas music quietly playing, it is simply charming. The mystic and aura of that cup of tea enchants.

Then reality pops in and it's December in Arizona, 85 degrees and the only tea I'll be drinking is with lots of ice on the back porch with a great Holiday Decorating magazine showing lots of snow and frolicking squirrels playing in the trees and fighting off mosquitoes. Maybe tomorrow we'll have a more…
